Material selection

The main body of this component is made of tinplate (i.e., SPTE tin-coated thin steel plate) as the core structural material, which is formed as a whole through professional precision stamping process. The surface of the steel plate is all coated with a standard thickness of tin layer, forming a dense protective film on the metal surface, achieving reliable basic anti-corrosion protection and effectively preventing the substrate from being corroded by both the external environment and the internal contents.

Structural Design

The entire component adopts a circular shape that is compatible with the structure of the tank body. A special bottom reinforcement structure is added at the center position - this part can be designed as either a concave or convex shape according to the actual application requirements. The core function is to significantly enhance the overall compressive strength of the tank bottom, preventing deformation and damage due to pressure. The edges of the component are processed by professional rolling edge technology, forming an integrated rolled edge sealing structure. This structure is tightly and firmly connected with the tank body through a double rolling edge process, creating a leak-proof sealing connection structure. In addition, the entire inner wall of the component is uniformly coated with an epoxy resin coating that meets food-grade safety standards. This coating can completely isolate the internal contents from direct contact with the metal substrate, fundamentally preventing chemical reactions between the contents and the tank body, and avoiding the release of metal ions that could affect the quality of the contents.

Core Function

As the bottom sealing core component of the metal tank body, this structure performs the dual crucial functions of sealing the bottom of the tank and withstanding pressure. It can effectively withstand the steam pressure generated during sterilization and other processing procedures of the tank, as well as various internal pressures such as static pressure and impact pressure that may occur during storage and transportation. From a structural perspective, it ensures the overall sealing reliability of the tank throughout its entire process, preventing leakage and deterioration of the contents, and ensuring the overall safety of the tank's use and the stability of the contents' storage.

Precautions

Inspect Appearance

If dents, bulging, rust, or leakage are found on the bottom ends of the can, stop consumption immediately.

Do Not Heat or Expose to Sunlight

Do not place the can in a microwave, oven, or direct sunlight, as it may rupture.

Properly open

Use a can opener to lift the lid along the edge. Avoid using knives or sharp tools to prevent injury.

Storage Conditions

Store unopened cans in a cool, dry place away from high temperature and humidity. After opening, refrigerate and consume as soon as possible.
