Linyi Shengya Aerosol Can Quality Control: Building a Strong Safety Barrier!
Linyi Shengya routinely produces aerosol cans of various specifications, suitable for packaging various types of aerosol pressure products. With the ever-changing demand for aerosol cans in personal care, home cleaning, automotive maintenance, and industrial chemicals, there is a corresponding high demand for product quality to ensure that the products meet international advanced standards in terms of safety, sealing, and environmental performance.
To ensure product quality, Linyi Shengya implements full-process quality control, from raw materials to shipment, with strict checks at every stage. A professional quality control process has been established covering four major stages: raw materials, manufacturing, finished products, and shipment.
1. Raw Materials: Spectroscopic analysis is performed on the thickness, tin plating amount, and surface cleanliness of the tinplate; the inner coating must be certified for food grade or hazardous chemical compatibility.
2. Manufacturing Process: A visual system is used to monitor can inversion and printing registration errors in real time; a leak detection machine is used for leak detection.

Appearance and Coating Requirements
Appearance Quality: The upper and lower arcs of the can body are uniform and smooth, without any non-circular phenomena. Scratches do not exceed 0.3 mm × 20 mm × 3 places, and no bare metal is exposed. The can sealing area is smooth and uniform. There are no obvious paint peeling, slippage, or false sealing phenomena. The inkjet printing is clear, complete, and accurate.
Weld Seam: The can body weld seam is smooth, with burrs no greater than 0.15mm, complete nitrogen protection, no black lines, and complete touch-up coating. After testing, there is no linear corrosion or dense corrosion points.
Inner and outer coating adhesion ≥ Grade II (testing method according to GB/T1720), outer coating hardness ≥ 2H (testing method according to GB/T6739).

4. Finished Product Management:
First-in, first-out: To prevent inventory buildup leading to coating aging or performance degradation.
Batch segregation: Products from different orders, specifications, production dates, and customers are stored separately; mixing is strictly prohibited.
Clear status identification: Clearly distinguish between "pending inspection," "qualified," "unqualified," and "pending processing" statuses.
Full traceability: Each batch of finished products is linked to the production batch number, quality inspection report, and customer information.
Safety first: Aerosol cans are pressure vessels and must be protected from high temperatures, impact, and fire sources.
