Leak-Proof Pressure-Resistant for High-Speed Filling Lines Aerosol Tops and Bottoms

Aerosol can  top and bottom

  • The top and bottom covers made of tinplate for aerosol cans are crucial components of aerosol cans. These are widely used for dispensing sprays, foams, or mist-like products. Tinplate is renowned for its durability and corrosion resistance, making the aerosol cans top and bottom sturdy and long-lasting.

Application

  • Personal care products: The top and bottom ends of aerosol cans are commonly used in products such as deodorants, hair gel, and shaving foam. They protect the nozzle from damage, prevent accidental spraying, and ensure the safe use of the products.
  • Household products: These top and bottom covers are essential components of aerosol cans that contain air fresheners, insecticides and cleaning sprays. The top and bottom ends help maintain the integrity of the product.
  • Industrial and automotive products: In the industrial and automotive sectors, aerosol cans have top and bottom caps that are used on cans containing paint, lubricants, and other maintenance products. The caps protect the nozzles, prevent leaks, and ensure that the products can be used as intended.

Notes

Do not disassemble the top cover

The top cover and the valve body are an integrated sealed structure. Forceful prying may cause high-pressure gas to spray or explode.

Keep away from high-temperature fire sources

The tin-plated can experiences a rapid increase in pressure when exposed to an environment above 50℃. Do not expose it to direct sunlight, baking, or incineration.

Check the condition of the aerosol can

If you find any dents, rust, bulges, or leakage on the bottom or top of the can, stop using it immediately.

Proper disposal

After use, press the nozzle in a ventilated area until no gas is released. Then, treat it as hazardous waste (do not flatten it).

Storage and Transportation Recommendations

  • Storage Conditions: Cool, dry, well-ventilated, with relative humidity ≤ 60%, and avoid direct sunlight.
  • Stacking Method: Use pallets for stacking, with a height not exceeding 1.5 meters to prevent deformation due to compression.
  • Transport Protection: Shockproof, moisture-proof, and avoid mixing with corrosive substances.
