1. Appearance and Coating Requirements
Appearance quality: The upper and lower arcs of the tank are uniform and smooth, without any non-circularity. Scratches are no larger than 0.3 mm × 20 mm × 3 mm, and there is no exposed iron. The sealing part is smooth and uniform. There are no obvious peeling paint, slipping, false sealing, etc. The ink jet marking is clear, complete and accurate.
Welds: The welds of the tank body are smooth, with burrs no greater than 0.15mm. The nitrogen protection is intact, there are no black lines, the re-coating is complete, and after testing, there is no linear corrosion or dense corrosion points.
The adhesion strength of the inner and outer coatings is ≥ Grade II (the testing method follows GB/T1720), and the hardness of the outer coating is ≥ 2H (the testing method follows GB/T6739).
