Sterilization requirements during filling and use
- If the sterilization temperature exceeds 121℃ and the duration is longer than 30 minutes, please conduct a filling test in advance to ensure its qualification. Only then can you proceed with mass production.
- During high-temperature sterilization, the external pressure should be greater than the internal pressure, but the external pressure should not exceed 1.8 kg/cm².
- Requirements for water quality in the sterilization and cooling cycle: Clean water. The concentrations of salt, chlorine and nitrate ions comply with the "Good Manufacturing Practice for Canned Food Enterprises" (GB/T 20938-2007).
